I caught the neighbors living below my apartment being sting operatives and caught them placing themselves in front of the stairs as they always do every time I leave my apartment and I caught them in the act and I even caught them calling me a pedo so their caught pedofying me!

I turned on my cellphone camera and headed out the door expecting this woman to place herself and her child in front of the stairs as I go down the stairs because they have already done this dozens of times before so it is predictable to catch!!
The women is a sting operative, she is either a under cover cop, or a relative of a cop, or a girlfriend of a cop!
Police have me under illegal video surveillance within my home, and as I get ready to leave my apartment to go either to the store or to the bank, this woman with her child deliberately place themselves in front of the stairs as I go down the stairs!
They do this for police video surveillance cameras and for photogenic photo’s, it’s how they frame innocent people as pedophiles and they have a name for it they call it pedofying!
Now I turned on my cellphone camera BEFORE stepping outside expecting this woman to do this, because she has done it repeatedly before, so I was expecting it!
It also demonstrates the fact they have me under illegal video surveillance within my home because the woman knew I was getting ready to leave my apartment and got herself and her child outside and in position so that they could put themselves in front of the stairs!
This is how police frame people as pedophiles, they have no intention of giving me a trial, they intend to use such photogenic photo’s and video surveillance just to make me look like a bad guy after they murder me off so that police will appear justified!
Police pay such women thousands of dollars in cash to pedofy/frame people and they usually get high paying jobs because of police influence and they even get free houses for framing people for police!
Sting operatives are lifetime operatives for police, this is common practice in Oregon for police/sheriff’s and their civilian operatives to frame people!
I did not hear it until after I got back to my apartment and listened to the video, but the child was upset with her mother because her mother took the child outside ONLY to use her as a body to put in front of me as I walk down the stairs, the child was upset and asking her mother why she has to go back inside so quickly, and the woman/sting operative said “Because of the pedo!” now keep in mind they have a history, that woman has a history, of placing herself and her child in front of the stairs as I try to leave my apartment!
It is predictable for them to do this, I expected them to place themselves at the bottom of the stairs as I go down the stairs, and I documented it and proved it on video!
The child is upset with her mother because her mother just brought her outside shortly before I stepped outside and she did this to get themselves into position at the bottom of the stairs!
I had no intention of catching a chi8ld, it was my intention of catching this female sting operative placing herself and her child at the bottom of the stairs each time I go down the stairs, and this woman called me a pedo without making any formal charges!
This is how sting operatives frame people, and that woman is a sting operative FOR the Portland police and the Multnomah county sheriff’s!
